Be aware, toilets in our building will be for staff use only
Please wait in your car until you are called into the building by your physiotherapist or by our secretary. If you have not come by car, please enter the building via the main door and wait in the foyer area until you are called into the waiting area by a member of staff.
Please ensure you do not touch any doors. If you have had to, please inform a member of staff
Your Physiotherapist will take your temperature using a temperature gun prior to being led into the treatment area. All doors will be opened and closed by your therapist.
IN THE TREATMENT ROOM
You will sit on the plinth or chair which will have been cleaned thoroughly following the previous patients appointment.
Your physiotherapist will remain 2 metres from you when they are undertaking your subjective assessment
Hands on treatment time will take a maximum of 15 mins
If you require a further appointment, this will be made with your therapist in the treatment room.
Payment can be made in the treatment room or via contactless payment in the reception area.
