WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates strengthens the muscles specifically targeting those muscles involved with posture and it also improves overall flexibility of the body.
Pilates aids recovery from injury or pain and helps decrease the risk of further injury occuring.
PHYSIO LED PILATES CLASSES
Small classes are held in our gym at Omagh Physiotherapy or slightly bigger classes are held at either omagh golf club or at the hospital road community centre. Classes are kept small so that the instructor can ensure everyone is exercising correctly.
